I'm wondering when the well will be completed and when the results would be made public.

Rumor is they lost a tool in one and broke a drill string in another.

Surface location is generally where the well enters the ground.

Point of penetration is generally where the well bore enters the produced formation.

Thanks for the info Drill .

There have been lots of roll off container trailers of I assume drill cuttings coming out SR260 this week toward the landfill, but brine/ ergon oil trucks are much less than weeks proir.  Maybe they are going another route to where they are going.  I don't know if liquids are going to ohio oil gathering or ergon locations of somewhere else altogether.

it is to the north of the first one.

Nick I remember You got mad at John & I and had the same attitude when you didn't get what you wanted, which by the way I'm still not sure what that was, Donna is right the info your asking for is all on the ODNR site.

get over it nick - Donna was just trying to help you by showing you exactly where and how to find the information you keep asking for. You need to at least try what she said which I've quoted for you below. I'll also add the web addresses so you can just click on them.

Nick, go to the ODNR website, download the instructions, print them out and follow them carefully.  It also helps to have Google Chrome to look at maps.

ODNR Oil and Gas web page

ODNR Shale Development web page

Oil and Gas Well Search - on this page you want to click on OIL AND GAS WELL DATABASE where you will need the instructions below

INSTRUCTIONS - How to Use the Oil and Gas Well Database - click on the link and print out the instructions

OGS Emergency Oil and Gas Locator - this is a map viewer page where you can zoom in to a location to find the county well permit number

Oil and Gas Well Locations - this is another map viewer page where you can also look for a specific well location to find more information

HG sold the well and 30,000 arces to Exxon Mobil.

Don't think so.  Those leases all expire Dec. 31st unless they drill 10 wells this year.  It is a good rumor though.

So, what IS up with HG. I have heard the same rumor, that they've pulled up stakes and sold the wells and all to EXXON. What's the truth?

Des told us that H-G has sold there production to a large un-named company .

Take it for what it's worth .

Bill do you have any idea what that type of title search would cost or do you know anyone who would .
