I'm told CONSOL and Carizzo are leasing just north of Stone Creek in Angel Valley.

Are they leasing together or seperately. Do you know what township is Angel Valley?

It appears to be Jefferson TWP, if not Auburn, but I'm pretty sure it's Jefferson.  It's my understanding they're leasing separately.  Much of that area is HBP, and I'm told Carizzo is offering a small amount per acre bonus money to renegotiate HBP leases, but no extra royalty percentage.  Consol is not offering up front money but a little boost in royalties.  Anyone on here with first-hand knowledge want to help verify what I just said?  Thanks

Jr,

Carrizo is paying small bonus to renegotiate hbp leases? Who did Carrizo purchase these hbp leases from?

Thanks

That's what I'm told.  Sorry, I live away and a local neighbor filled me in.  The number was $750/acre to renegotiate.  No increase in royalties.  I'm not sure who they bought HBP from.

Thanks, 750 might sound small compared to lease bonus payments being offered but its much more than most hbp leases received which is $0. I commend Carrizo for doing this as they have no obligation to do so.

I agree.  Though, I'd take a royalty increase over a small bonus with no royalty increase.  But that's just me.  It may serve someone else better to have the cash up front.  I'm encouraged to see continued activity in the area.  Good luck!

Anyone has any more updates either on the Beachy well or the Troyer well. Last thing I heard the Troyer well was turned on line anyone know any production information on that well.

Anyone have any more information on the Beachy or the Troyer well.

none....just the   CNX   TUSC 3A well....from the Eclipse Dec presentation:

IP RATE (BOE/d): 400

% Liquids:  100%

I'm told they're supposed to frack Beachy today. Not sure if it happened but keep us posted out there!

They are pumping water into the holding pond at the Beachy well from Troyer's pond right now, but have not started fracking yet, They haven't moved any equipment in yet from what I can see.
