So is this a good well?

They say they are going to do 27 wells in 2013. It took them 5 or 6 months just to complete the beachy well. I don't see them drilling that many wells when they move so slow. They only have 2 rigs operating right now. Yeah some will be joint venture wells with Hess but that is a lot of wells in a years time.

As for the Troyer well the gas numbers are pretty low for sure. The oil production is not bad but with the decline curve this well could really drop hard after a year or two. Will be interesting to see if the beachy well produces higher volumes of gas or not with a 7500 foot lateral.

Where did you get this latest update?

From the ODNR well documents. Page 2 in the completions report.

Troyer well had drilling problems plus the Lateral on the Beachy well is almost 50% longer, so I expect production to be atleast 50% better than Troyer 1. Last I heard the Beachy well is fraced so they are waiting for the rest period before they start testing..

Where did you find this information?

JODI, who has been an extremely reliable source on this site posted it to the discussion ODNR Utica Production Reports on the main page of this site.
Troyer did 654 barrels of oil, 26777 of gas in 96 days for 2013.
