How can they do this when we signed a lease and received our sign on bonus with Shell in 2011 and then was bought by AEU?

They are using Gregory W. Watts, from the same law group you used and suggested we use.

Hey Philip, it's Evan again.. You seem to be good at information.. Have you heard how the wells that were drilled along interstate 70 last winter did. We haven't heard anything about these wells. I think they drilled 4 laterals. No one has said anything just curious if there is a way to find out.. This is REAL close to me ( McClain unit), and we are curious as to if they were any good. It's also just a couple miles from the Shugert wells.. Thanks. Evan
