Excellent point, Mr. Bluebird !!!

What I was referring to was eNOTICES, not DEP reports.  The DEP Permits Report covers only issued drilling permits.

Actually not an "excellent point" - I said there was production data from only two wells, which is true. Other wells have been drilled, but drilling a well says nothing about the results. There is very little public data on the Utica in this area so far, and despite the good results of the Neal well, the Gee production in 2014 was disappointing. There are lots of possible reasons why, but I don't know what's really going on and neither does anyone else outside Shell.
