Well its a miracle but someone actually called me back and left a message. She left a phone number which of course no one answers.

The message said that I signed end December. GRE did not receive the lease from EOU group until February 25. Almost 2 months after i signed. GRE person said they don't have to make payment until end of July.

B.S. if you ask me.That would put payment out to about 210 days.

I called  Davis Law firm. I asked what is going on. She said they are backed up because of courthouse which is b..s.  I said the lease states in addendum payment is to be made in 120 days.

It a legal document and they already reneged on their promise. She replies well some people haven't been paid for 9 months inffering that I have a long way to go since i signed up in Dec. She said I should get paid around October.

Makes me wonder how they honor the rest of the lease. If they don't who would I go after?? Great River .HA ha. they don't even exist . I'm worried because with this kind of business the leasing could drop over night to nothing. Who can i sue for loss of financial gain from other offers i missed out on. Will i sue Great River a company that doesn't even exist besides a filing of a business name.

I singed with great river September 29.  it was recorded 5 mounths later feb 13. I am still waiting .and not believing .they spend a lot off time ripping people off. once the lease is recorded your screwed .they will hold on to it with out paying.no one else will touch it until its released  ill bet they are trying to flip. then you might get your check.for half what they made. I think they know how to ream all of us.

SOB. Even the PO bOX seems planned so they can say they never received your letter. Not mention they bought up most of the competition yet I don't even think they drilled one well.

It's terrible what they do. I looked over the contract and they can opt out for any reason it reads on mine. Meanwhile I lost out on other real deals with honest companies.

Like i said who can you take to court to release the property?? GRE is just another one of MClendons shell companies with no assets or even a physical address. I wonder if they people who did get paid got a check from GRE or AEP. or someone else?? I really nervous because i Need the money baaaadddd!!! Sink or Swim thing for me.

DiD you have an addendum that stated 120 days???

well my check arrived today 236 days since I signed . I hope everyone waiting. has or will soon get there check

Anyone getting paid or not?? It been well over the time for me and i haven't been paid. I also see Davis law firm has been filing affidavits to get people released from their leases with GRE.

Still haven't got paid yet. 200 days and counting.

it took me 236 days too get paid .on a 150 day lease.i think they start counting when the lease is recorded.mine was recorded 5 mounths after I signed

to heck with that. If you signed with the EOU group it was 120 days in the addendum.

Hi Ryan. i figured they were swindlers. I'm dealing with some jacob guy, they wanted me to resign some papers before they would send me a check. But then they sent the check fedex before the 30 day notice was up. They also wont give me a copy of my lease. Which makes me believe they are going to try to omit the addendum or try to scam me. For some reason they won't release me. I told them just give me a damn release. i refused the check because i never got a copy of the lease. At the signing they just gave me a blank copy and told me i would get executed one when I come to pick up  my check.

I was told by the law office I should receive my check by Oct 5. Still nothing. I signed Dec 9 2013 and they have had my lease since Feb 2014. Still nothing, and no one will return phone calls.
