I actually own land in Venango County, Pennsylvania; but wish it were down in your area, since there is no leasing where I am but lloks quite good down in Pleasants and surrounding counties. I hate to see landowner's scammed. I became acquainted with Vortex after a group known as SOEC tried to scam landowners by getting them to sign leases in favor of a company called Dux. (I forget the company's full name). When tje company (a shell) failed t0 pay; SOEC tried to promote a new deal with a company called Vortex, also an apparent shell company. If you go to the Ohio GMS site and search Dux and Vortex you will find the threads instructive. I do not think they succeeded in Ohio, so it seems Vortex began trying to obtain leases in your area. Please see the threads. If you do perhaps you can save some landowners from making a very bad decision if they lease to Vortex. It's been dead up in my area of Western Pa so I have not been on GMS much lately, thus just saw your friend request today. Regards, Sam
