That's what I'm talkin about!

Evan,

Thanks for sharing all the information that you do on this site.  You are definitely in the know in Millwood.  I am assuming that the $2,800 in royalties per acre wasn't paid by Chesaeake.  Any idea if Chesapeake would pay similar royalties or would their deductions make the amount significantly less?

Thanks,

Dave

David ,the Karen wells are now Gulfport wells. Chk had some of the leases in that unit and where the well pad is. Something happened with one of the wells and Gulfport took over for good.  Who knows if CHK would pay the same, I doubt any company is the same but if you have a good lease royalties from 5 different companies should be within a few hundred per acre I would think.  I hope CHK straightened up cause that's who I'm with.

Ok, millwood twp. Royalty owners, there has to be enough people there that are receiving royalties now that the amounts per acre per well per month should be reported to the rest of us by now. We get enough info from the ODNR website to get a good idea, but peoples actual checks will be the real deal.

Amen.  It's been said that people who frequent this site tend to leave it once they start getting royalties , I promise not to be one of those

Good Deal.  Like I said, we can get plenty of info from ODNR to see each wells production. We can see who the royalty owners are and how many acres they have in the unit and the size of the unit.. But we can only quesstimate what their monthly checks would be. We don't know what % their lease was for, and we don't know how many production and post-production costs are being deducted. Which could be substantial if they are partnered with CHK! ----   sorry ----  Most are being disappointed with their checks, from what I've been reading. Then you hear about so-n-so is getting $2800 per acre per month, but I look at that as hearsay, until someone actually getting royalty checks can verify that.

I'm in. Once royalties start I will share with everyone what they are

Me Too!  I'm in. If I ever get any royaslties,I'll report how much per acre,& what % on lease,& what Twp.& what deductions,if any.   So far, it seems people are getting less than what their % -age should be paying. signed for 18%,getting 10%. go figure. The O&G co.s have very sharp pencils!

I'll give you all the information I can get once I get the first check.  The J. Hall pad is just about done, and the pipeline is going across my neighbors place.  The pipeline company told him that Rex wanted product flowing by December, so I should hear something pretty soon.

Which property is the pipeline going across Tom. I figured it would go into the same line as the j Anderson

Evan, I would have thought that too, but looking at the areal maps there are too many strip ponds and high walls between J Anderson and J Hall to go that route apparently.

They are supposed to start across the hill at Halls and tie in there I think, and it will cross Greenlawn through Lanes property and onto the Capstone property.

I'll share, too!  Hopefully it won't be too much longer.

Heard today that there will not be a pad on Christman on 513 North of QC.  Instead, the Yanosik well will come down that way.  They are supposed to be building a big pond on Christman - about 9 1/2 acres.
