The Landman from US Energy Exploration said they were interested in oil, says there's lots of oil in that area. He said 60-80 barrels a day?

George Vietze posted info on SLC Energy a while back. They have leased land in Erie County and according to their web site are supposed to drill 20 wells. I think they have only pulled one permit so far, for a site on Barney rd. Off of rte. 6N about a mile from the crawford county line, which is West of Albion.i was out that way a couple weeks ago and there was no sign of any activity. I have seen the owners name associated with at least three companies. Not sure what they are up to. George would be the one to ask. He seems to be staying on top of what's going on in Erie County.

Not sure if they are leasing in Crawford county or not but I saw they were doing stuff in erie county.

He said they were interested in the Medina, I told him Kastle is drilling a lot in that area. Whats your thoughts on leasing just that formation? $50 isn't very much but if we can still lease the Utica/Marcellus. Or not worth messing with?

They are locàted south, they drill a lot in Butler county. I guess lots of oil in Crawford county according to him. $50 don't sound like much when other people were signing for $3500+. I guess the buzzards are coming up to Crawford county since its getting to expensive to lease down south, lol.

Never heard. Of them but the last company with exploration after their name didnt pan out.. guardian exploration re nigged on contracts last year.
