Phillip....I have Goggle Earth, but when it opens it is just a bunch of letters. What do I need to do to open this map?

I can say that the units drawn on on this presentation is not representative of what the units around and including me are in actuality.

I think that Eclipse is including any unit that they are partners in as well as wells that they are drilling.

You are right Phillip....anything they are in with or have an interest in are shown....but as stated these are only purposed units , not actual units yet.

Admittedly I am not an authority on this type of document, it is literally the first time I have seen it.

But it looks like the unit proposed is not for all 3 legs that have been permitted to be drilled under us, only one leg actually.

I suspect that there were three legs, or maybe wells is the more appropriate term, and those three legs will be the determining factor of the unit. I further suspect, or rather hope, that all three will be drilled during the same time frame as the Northwest legs.

Just my guess, although I may not be all that impartial and may be just doing some wishful thinking.

By the way, if you scroll down to the notes section towards the bottom, number 4 states the boundaries are not meant to show the unit as it will or does actually exist.

Just something I noticed.

Anyhow, it appears all is in ready and we await the rig now as the next step to getting through the process.

I am sure Antero will find all of this very surprising and maintain their "we know nothing" relationship with us.

It depends what everyone's leases say to the south. The reason the northern units are like they are , split into 3 units , is because a few leases say it can't be more than a certain amount of acres. So it's split up into 3. The south is probably the same David. It really means nothing unless one of the wells is horrible or there's an accident then the small units aren't so good

Thank you to all who have provided this very exciting information today. It brings it right home to see your name, or your wife's name, on a royalty list.

I would still like to see a total map showing the 8,9 and 19 laterals unit, or something to show us how much of our property is affected by these three laterals.

I am sure Antero will be very excited to get this news from me as it seems they know nothing unless I inform them of it.
