Has anyone got paid on there Tughill Utica only lease in SW Greene County PA

I'm curious if anyone has got paid on there Utica only lease with Tughill in SW Greene County or West Virginia.

Lawyers said a lot of people got paid but I haven't.
I received a regristed letter showing a defect of title which I quickly cleared up.
They where suppose to have the check in the mail this week.
I will let you know if and when I recieve payment

Good for you rmc. We are also in Greene county. We were paid for our first 5 yr lease in 2008, it lapsed, then last year we were paid to lease again with another company. We also separated our Utica, it is still ours to lease in the future if we want. Our experiences with gas and oil sound similar. Glad to hear you received your $$ this week. All the best.
