Chevron--Bowser site on Hossack Road has activity after several months of nothing. looks like they are getting ready to start fracking. Chevron posted several signs on Route 62 directing traffic to the well site.

Bob- they started tearing down the small boring rig at the James pad today. Not sure where it headed, possibly the Wengerd pad. The small rig was there for several weeks, saw it move several times.

They're still flaring the Zigo wells tonight. Big flare again.

John L are they still drilling James pad or did they move on to someplace else?

Big flare at the Zigo pad tonight. Easily seen from Route 58.

I suspect low balling will be the order of the day. Take the low ball and hope they drill. That's the real money anyhow.

Activity seems dead in the area, I know gas is cheap right now but a lot of acreage is going to come up for renewing in the next 2-3 years. I wonder if a lot of these leases will be dropped or low balled? Only the areas you talked about show any activity for our area, I don't know of anything new developing anywhere. At least most people in the county that wanted a lease got a nice chunk of money before everything died. I don't expect any big bonus coming to the county for a long long time unless they need you to finish a unit, the boom is gone.

8 new wells being Spud on the Wengerd pad. Hilcorp is still Spudding away at the James site. SWEPI renewed their drilling permit for the Palmer pad, not sure if it's just a formality or they have plans to do something.

You can check out a bit of production data here

https://www.paoilandgasreporting.state.pa.us/publicreports/Modules/...

I do not know enough about production numbers to speculate on whether the numbers are good, bad, or in between.  Wengerd and James pads in particular.

Bob-  of the 8 new wells, 4 go NW past Lamor Rd to between S. Bend Rd and Daley Rd.  The other 4 wells go SE to between Yankee Ridge Rd and Rt 318.  The laterals vary some, but are around 6,000 ft plus.  Counting the 2 that were drilled at the end of the year, there are 5 that run NW and 5 that run SE.

There is a new SPUD report for one new well (B5) on the Wenger pad today.

John L do you have directions and how long those James laterals are going to be?
