The article was in the jeff, said aep was going to drill behind the general store so not sure where that is. I would guess fairground road would be included not the town?!?

My letter with map of unit plat was mailed feb 18, The drilling orig. to start Mar1, and Mar15 for the two wells, but was delayed until end of April so they will not send anything  much before they plan to start. only a guess

my property line is 90 feet from the first well and I would only be paid for 4.23 acres

The unit is over 2 miles long, so if you have 50 acres at the other end you will be paid for all 50. Don't understand that!

Would like to see a map with all the area unit plats, has anyone seed such a thing.

Gary,

Use the ODNR Well Viewer

They could be talking about the Shipman wells. If they go nnw. with some laterals from that pad, they would go under Old Washington and up Beeham rd. way.Maybe under the high School too.

That's if they go under the I-70. Are they doing that now? Thanks Bo

No word on any nnw laterals under the Interstate. Maybe they plan on it someday, when the state starts playing ball. If so, the eggleston could do the same. Hopes 4 U.

Thanks again for the input Bo.....

OK. I think they mean the pad right across the interstate on county home rd. They don't go under the interstate so I won't be in that unit. The are redoing the overpass across I-70 that will delay any drilling on that site for a couple months. Thanks for the info tho....

Just heard this evening that, although the drill rig has been set up for months now at the Donna well location (Guernsey County, Londonderry Township: map shows five laterals for this well), they (AEU) haven't even yet begun to drill. If they're waiting for the seismic results to drill, why set the rig up and let it sit? (BTW, anyone know how long they leave the seismic sensors before they pick them back up?)

I can't imagine they would wait for the pipeline, which they won't even begin out here till Oct. at the earliest. Anyone else hearing anything for AEU out here?

Havent heard, but maybe if they decide to let a rig sit for a spell, it may as well be on a pad. not in some dropyard somewhere. AEU isn't big on letting people know what they're doing.

FWIW: Drilling finally complete (last week). Talked briefly w/ one of the escort drivers; he said the rig was headed next to PA. (I didn't ask where specifically in PA). They're putting in 1/3 mile road off McCoy Rd, NW of the Donna well. I think it is Betts 1. One of the equipment operators said they ought to have the road done by Christmas. AEU doesn't seem to be in a big hurry to frack the Donna well, and still haven't seen anything related to the pipeline.

Looks like a big well pad going in just west of Cambridge, along the north side of I-70 .Just past the scales off Shaw Rd. Trucks have been hauling thousands of tons of Limestone in there. Huge Pad!.. After further investigation,I found out its going to be Lash Paving's Asphalt plant. A division of National Lime & stone Co. Must be planning on lots of paving going on. I'm pretty sure that's the company that has been re-building and paving St.Johns Rd. by Kennonsburg. That company also have Concrete plants & trucks. They have a website.

bo they are repaving I 7o from wheeling to the indiana line !!
