That is not the issue that I am talking about. She does not even have property in the Lepley Unit.

Is this about the lease amendment from 640 acre units (Rice) to 1000 acre units (Gulfport)?

The numbers I posted are what we're dealing with as Rice leases in the neighboring Edge pad/drilling units. I'd believe similar is happening with the Lepley well.

Unless it has changed recently the Edge unit is 694.276 acres. This is according to uslandrecords. vol 0549 page 969 vol o549 page 987. The Lepley unit is listed at 1,257.988 acres. If they are making the Edge over 1000 acres do you have access to a current map? The most current map that I have of the Edge is from uslandrecords.

The maps that you refer to are dated Aug 22,2014 and Sept. 05 2014. The map that I am referring to was recorded in the Belmont County court  house on June 6th 2015. The map that I have is VERY different than the maps that you have shared. According to my map the entire unit is in Belmont County.  Have you gone to the us land records site? I don't really know my way around the web, but if you go on and chose Ohio and then Belmont County then enter your name everything related to property in your name can be accessed. I don't think that Monroe County info is available on this site. Looks like I need to do some more research. Thanks for bringing this matter up. I will let you know what I find.

Sorry I don't know how to do a link. Try uslandrecords.com/uslr/usirApp/index.jsp. Katie Matchett told me about it. I just did a search of uslandrecords. The one map dated Aug 22nd 2014 is the exact same as the map that I was referring to that was recorded 6/1/2015. It's the one that Has PLAT OF Edge 210126 2A; Edge 210126 3D; Edge 210126 4B; Edge 210126 5C  694.276 acres.

I went to that site, went to the Ohio page, went to the Belmont County page. Now what do I search for?

Enter your Last and First names: 

Select Leases

Select search now

This should bring up your Name;

Click on your name

This should bring all information pertaining to your leased property, like lease agreements, pooled units etc.

Click on your name for the doc. that you want to view.

For me the Edge pooled unit is dated 6-1-2015

All the way at the bottom click view pdf.

This should do it.
