There was almost 2000 views to this so i though i would give a late update. The Brown Homestead was froze half of January, all of Febuary and came back on middle of March. Like Doug said alot of wells were froze up. Was told chk was trying to keep them thawed but gave up, $$$$.

I'm in Herrick Twp with SWN & they just shut our wells down by 3/4. Price was at $1.24. At that price they should turn them off!

WE get several letters a day from mineral rights companies trying to buy up our rights....seriously!  If someone offers me $2million they can have them. That would move me out of PA, set me up nicely in TX and keep me for the rest of my life.

If you are in Pennsylvania here is a great website https://www.paoilandgasreporting.state.pa.us/publicreports/Modules/...
You can look up your well and see what your monthly production is, even before you check comes out. It will also tell you how many days your well has been in production that month, which many times explains why your numbers are higher or lower. If the link does not wor just Google "DEP gas prodction"
