No problem man.  Keep praying the Cracker plants continues to move forward.  That will change everything.  Keeping my fingers crossed for all of us.  If anyone here wants to know what a recorded document contains before paying a fee to the recorder, just pm me.  I can take a peek and at least tell you what it is and whether it's worth paying for.

Terri, you're right, what you printed is just an addendum to a previous agreement; 16 pages?  It shows the "tentative' properties and acreage, however, what you printed is not a divsion order, i.e., it's not final.  Your properties are near the center, so hopefully you'll get all of your acreage in, like the current unit map portrays.  Good luck.

JREwing, Im not sure if they are actual "division orders", but it includes what Dexter says, Spreadsheets showing property owners and their total acreage and such... and a map with at least the quadrant A that we are in.  I had to pay the $5 for the day to actually see and print it out.  We have not received anything official in the mail yet, which is what they say we will eventually get.  The "division Orders".  Who knows!  LOL

I'm not seeing any division orders for Wengerd.  I see one for Zigo and two for Weiser recorded 1/8/16 and 1/20/16 respectively.

Terri, you go to the Mercer County recorders website and search your name. You will be able to see that things have been recorded but to be able to see the actual documents you will need to pay the $5.00 fee for one day. We did that a few weeks ago and looked at ours. Most of it is all confusing legal talk but there are the spreadsheets showing property owners and their total acreage and the amount of their acerage in the unit.
