Jeff, my parcels are in Jackson and Center township. If I hear of anything going on I will let you know. If you can Google the townships that your parcels are in, you can usually find a township supervisors name and phone number. They have been very helpful and will let you know what activity is going on. If I hear of anything I will let you know. I wish all of us on this site could arrange a time and place to meet in Greene county. It would be nice to meet each other and exchange contact information and I think it would bolster our concerns to know that we are all solidified in seeing our hopes come to fruition. We got an invite last year on Labor daywith Rice. Some kind of fair. Would be nice if the Rome trough group could meet this year. Its about a six hour drive for me but if enough people from our group showed up, I would show up. am leased for 64 acres with Rice, with an addional 111 acres held by CNX. That parcel has a hammerhead well that has been there since my greatgrandfather owned it. CNX is vague about who has been getting the royalties from it. I dont trust them, and wonder if we are owed back royalties on that. My attorney who was handling the investigation of that is opening his own practice and will not be involving himself with oil and gas. I am currently looking for a new attorney/landsman who can do the work.
My land borders McNicholas to the south and is adjacent to garrisons (just to the west) on knob run road. And I am leased to Rice , had no problems with them. I think they will be a big improvement over Chesapeake. Hopefully they will form another unit to the west of yours that will include my acreage. I'm assuming you are in the McNicholas unit.... I thought I read that somewhere.
My family owns a lot of mineral rights in Greene county. Would like to connect with you and see what you know about what is going on in the area. We leased with chesapeake a few years ago, and I am starting into a long litigation over the leases. Just wanted to connect. Let me know.

Hi Jeff, it's Martha Murray in Oklahoma. Just wanted to touch base and see if you know what's brewing up there in Greene County, if anything. :-(
