where did it go??

I had posted the discussion--------feel abandoned---------- I no longer see it posted as a discussion. I did not delete it. Can it be deleted without me knowing it is going to be taken off the discussions list? I received alot of helpful replies and perhaps would have received more. Anyone know what could have happened? Thanks!

Thank you Phil----------I am reading all your other responses on other posts. I appreciate all that you share with all of us. Looks like just getting the royalties is a job in it's self. Thought I would just be waiting for the check in the mail! LOL!

Have an attorney and just signed a "Notice of Preservation" on our mineral rights. Now the attorney will contact the party that claimed our mineral rights for themselves and hopefully clear this problem up. Seems too easy but hope this is all that we have to do! Keep you informed, if you would like.
