DESCRIPTION:Penn State Cooperative Extension will be holding a worksho
 p, “Financial Considerations and Shale Gas Development” on Wednesd
 ay, June 27th from 6:30 to 9:00 PM at the Cumberland Township Office, 
 100 Municipal Rd., Carmichaels, PA  15320.\n \nSpeakers include Exte
 nsion, CPA, legal and financial management experts who will discuss th
 e strategies for financial planning.  Topics will include the Marcell
 us market economics, financial and tax arrangements to optimize retain
 ed income, and estate and investment planning. Scenarios will be provi
 ded to panel members to provide suggestions, solutions and points to p

  will have a greater understanding of the financial issues and plannin
