 is a five-part program intended to help local businesses understand an
 d take advantage of the opportunities arising from development of the 
 Marcellus Shale. \n\"Participants will expand their knowledge of the o
 pportunities that exist in the market and learn how to make connection
 s and plan for doing business in this growing industry,\" said Jonatha
 n Laughner, extension educator in Beaver County who is moderating the 
 sessions, one of which will be held every other week. Each webinar wil
 l feature speakers who are experts in the field. \n\"Our webinar speak
 ers will include natural-gas industry representatives, local business 
 people successfully responding to opportunities, financial specialists
