SUMMARY:Waters of the US 2015 Rules
DESCRIPTION:On May 27, 2015 the US Environmental Protection Agency (EP
 A) and the US army Corps of Engineers (USACE) announced the publicatio
 n of the Final “Waters of the US” rule.   This new rule encompas
 ses more than 1,000 pages of technical data and describes the methods 
 and means for identifying the extent of Federal “Waters of the US”
  jurisdiction.  There are many significant changes in the final rule 
 that were not mentioned in the original proposed rule.\n To help you q
 uickly get up to speed on all of the changes, updates, and modificatio
