Permalink Reply by NYPAShale on July 29, 2014 at 9:18am I don't have any experience with Apex, but H&H wouldn't budge all that much while we were negotiating with them. They did raise the bonus payment and percentage for us, so I don't want to say they are inflexible, but they operate on the idea that you don't really have anywhere else to go if you don't sign with them.
