Frank , are they connected to Antero . The only thing I found is something to that effect .Not sure if they are the same .
I took your advice Frank ,,, ((((((( BEWARE )))))))
Beware of what? Is Antero not a good company? They seemed to negoiate a lucretive and land owner friendly lease in the Western part of Monroe County. Curious, I always heard they were as good as any.
Olive Sue ,
Not saying anything negative about Antero -- Period . Is Hall telling people that they are connected Antero or not ? If they are connected how so .
That's the question .
Are they flippers ?
These are fair questions .
Antero has a good lease and seem very professional .
I wouldn't hesitate to sign with them after legal advice was done .
Joe , are you saying that they are connected with Antero ?
Thanks Joe .
My point is if they are as Turner Oil and gas working for Antero do tell . There should not be anything to hide if it's on the up and up .
I just ask if they are connected please share . I have spoke to a few folks that have been approached to or signed up with them being lead to believe that they are not rep's for Antero and are a different company.
I was told they called Halls office and the phone was answered Antero how may we help you .
There lease bonus is a 3rd. of what is being offered and royalty is low and only net not gross .
Any one heard the same thing ?
TIME WILL TELL .I have the radar on and will share .
I'm not against making a buck the fair way just be honest and hide behind the truth .I will do the fact checking and find out my self before passing judgement .
As you say frank it doesn't make sense .
Joe,
i have clients with small positions (under 100 acres) in Guernsey, Noble, Belmont and Harrison Counties if you have an interested buyer.
Also, I have an HBP position of 2,500 contiguous acres in Portage County.
