And if you thought this project was off in the distance well its coming to you soon, time will tell if this one gets to reality, but the process has begun.

Open house meetings scheduled in New Martinsville, WV,  Wetzel County and Woodsfield, Ohio, Monroe County and Cadiz, OH in Harrison County the beginning of July.  Six hundred miles of pipe in sizes of 24, 36, and 42 inches.  Five main compressor stations and five lateral compressor stations.

Read this link for scheduled meetings and basic details:

Follow this link for a map which shows a processing plant in Tyler Co, WV which I don't think is in existence now.

And this link telling about Range Resources committing as a supplier for twenty years to this pipeline.

Excellent info & pictures for anyone wanting to know more about the pipelines,or negotiating for ROW.s

This kind of info really shows that on a scale of one - ten, we have not reached one yet!  Most cannot imagine the changes we will see.

Interesting that American Energy-Utica has signed on to be a major shipper and at this point they have drilled or have permits for very few wells.   Obviously they think their acreage will be very productive.   Also notice AEU and Antero have the option to buy into the pipeline as a non operating partners.

Mr. McClendon is savvy when it comes to his own betterment in the oil/gas riches!!!!

This article contains much of the same info as already released regarding this new proposed pipeline, however it does say that Energy Transfer although not well know by the public operates 35,000 miles of pipeline and is a major player.

Monroe County Ohio residents there is an informational meeting in Woodsfield tonight July 9th.

heard there wasn't much info at the cadiz meeting.  same old generic map with no details.

actually it was fairly informative, they had books and computers where you could look up your property on google earth and see exactly where it was proposed and they made notes on the computer if you gave them info of obstacles etc.

The person I know that went must not have been aware of that.  He said there was a large crowd and he couldn't get up to talk to anyone, and there was just the generic map.  wish they would make more detailed maps available online.

Does anyone know how it will get routed around Woodsfield?

Josh

Any idea where we can get a route map.  I heard it crosses 5k feet across our land and I have called that 800 number 4 times to get a map.  We are authorizing surveying....just curious if you could see the route on us.

This link goes to a pdf of the boards that were displayed at the open house.  Check page 8 for a list of compressor stations and what counties they are to be in.

I attended the meeting in Woodsfield and they were very helpful showing me the books with the maps then on Google Earth where the parcels were and measuring distances from my property to where it crosses into Ohio etc.

It is proposed to come into Ohio in Monroe County, Lee TWP  just below Sardis.  Locals will recognize it  as the cornfield just below Sardis where the rumor for six months has been that Magnum Hunter will drill a well in 2015.    Another poster here on GMS said that landowners within a quarter of a mile on either side of the proposed route received letters.   That gives a half mile area for them to obtain ROW.  At the open house they said several times that the wanted to be near existing ROWs for either pipeline or electric to lessen environmental impact.

IMHO opinion this is a significant pipeline because of the size of the pipe which indicates the amount of product to be moved.

Does anyone know the address/exact location of the Hillman Natural Gas Processing Plant located in northern Washington County, PA shown on the ET Rover Map?

You can view the map easier here:
