Anyone dealt with an existing lease that is held by production of old well (that is still producing), with no unitization? Utica drilling all around. Waiting on oil company to contact us. Just a waiting game or any advice out there?

Which company operates the lease currently? Who owns the deep rights? How close are you to units? What county, township, etc?

Bottom line is that they will contact you when they need you...maybe the current lease allows pooling that is large enough already.
