What is the fee they charge?

G&G will still take acres. Acres are being mapped by engineering firm. They charge 7.5 percent of signing bonus.

I think G&G acted to quickly on this. Prices are rather low for the area and it will be somewhat of a let down I believe to landowners that signed with them. My bet is with Muskingum County looking as though it will be surrounded with wells being drilled in Knox on the Licking County Line and to the east I bet Muskingum will be a hot bed for oil. It also appears as if the wet gas window seems to be shifting further west as well.  My guess here is that producers that have leases holding by production are sitting very tight on the leases.  When they cave in thats when landowners will be the center of attention that have not leased and be of higher value.

Don't forget when they first started they wanted a percentage of the royalty as well!

7.5%..... WOW... bunch of Christians, why not 10%, the math is easier !

 

How could anyone in their right mind give these people 7.5% of their money? This is just wrong. Even if a company covers the 7.5% GG has taken money out of your pocket. That is additional bonus money that could have went to the landowner. Shame on these guys, if they understood what they were selling they would realize they don't need to charge this much to still make good money.

7.5 is not that bad. I am talk'n over 600 acres in the mix.  If you sit, wonder and do nothing but flap the trap... you will we be the last to lease.  We'll see where that will get ya, with no competition in the neighbor hood. I have more to do then wonder what someone else is going to do next.  You people need to get a life.

I was at the very first meeting and they never wanted any of the royaltys!I have 300 acres and I am happy to pay them for all there hard work and time putting this together I don't think people relize how hard it is to get this put together!the people who have put 80 thousand acres in group don't think it to much and that all that matters

Scott 80,000 acres starting at $3,500 an acre not many knew of GOMS! I myself doubt rather doubt the claim to 80,000 acres with as many HBP leases there are . We of course will see but the cut off date was 1 April 2012 I can't see why they would take on more if that was a a dead line. What I personally did not like hearing when I asked a G&G attorney about reserving formations in the lease was his response " the oil company would not except it" I said self how would he know this if negotiations have not even started? Hmm

I've been to those "1% guys" meetings they don't even compare to what G&G is doing. G&G has been working hard. They have spent a lot of late nights away from their families bringing everyone together. They deserve what they are getting. Besides something is only worth what someone is willing to pay. 400 + members can't be wrong.
