You guys had a lot of groups going in several counties a few years ago, are you guys having any luck getting any new landowner group leases recently? I don’t own any property in Greene or Washington counties but was still wondering how demand with the gas companies is right now as far as leasing goes? Do you guys have group offers on the table for these counties? Thanks.

James,

Our leasing groups are still active. We are currently working on a couple leasing projects in Butler County, PA. Recently, we successfully executed a group transaction in southern beaver county and Allegheny county. We have helped, and continue to help, several OGM owners to get one off leases across Western PA. The large “land grab” is past but there will always be the need for smaller group opportunities as leases expire. There is still significant acreage available in non core areas but drillers have little interest at this time.

Thanks Becky, what areas of Butler County are you working?
