Signed on with East Resources. Lease up June. Any companies re-leasing land in Middlebury Center, PA?

We signed on with East Resources 5 years ago. Lease is up in 1.5 months. We are NOT in any unit. Are all these leases in the area of Middlebury Center, PA just expiring with no interest from any companies to re-lease land here? Can't seem to find anyone, anywhere that knows anything at all???
