Snyder/MDS/Knapp closure

We were entered into this proposal via BLX and were not picked up. Would like to know the specifics from Mike on bonus/rate/length. Can that be obtained?

I heard that nothing came from it all.  Snyders were only able to move the deep rights on their HBP acreage.  So I hear.

Mike, I  realize that you may have no interest to reveal terms, but would you be able to disclose what counties were involved and which companies purchased these leases? We were involved in the same aggregate offering via BLX and received no information from signing of lease to surrender of lease. Anyhow, I congratulate you on your success and wish you the very best in the future. Take care and keep in touch!

We definitely moved some (though a tiny fraction) of the leases we brought in specifically to go into the deal.
