<p>This should help with a lot of privately owned land. WNF has about 20,000 acres in Monroe County but it is not in one chunk. A couple of 40 acre tracts of WNF could prevent 1000 acres of private land from being developed. I'm sure the O&G companies are going to stick with drilling private land and only drill under WNF when needed. Private land owners will be much easier to deal with and take advantage of.</p>
