Well, it's been about 10 years, but all of the property is now in units. I've read it can take up to a year or more before we start seeing any income. Anyone have any experiences with EQT you would care to share?

I am still waiting for division orders on wells that have been paying for over a year. I think they are pretty disorganized with the Rice takeover but I do get a check every month.

Where is your property located in Greene County?

Hi--Thanks for the reply. I'm in Center Township. Where are you? I'm supposedly split up between the Throckmorton #4, and Magnum #1units.

So far in Richhill Twp.

So you're saying they started paying out even though they haven't filed a unit declaration? Here's an interesting article on Rice and EQT: https://www.oilandgas360.com/the-merger-that-made-the-largest-gas-p...

Very interesting article

They may have filed a unit of declaration but I haven't received division orders or anything related to the wells other than the checks.  I did call EQT customer service at one point but never received a call back.

Very strange. I was under the impression that the standard procedure was drill well, establish unit, contact unit owners with drilling maps etc, then wait for royalties--if any. Keep learning something new.

Have you checked out this site? You can search for unit declarations as well as any property transactions in your name.

Let me know if the link doesn't work. Thanks again for the reply. Just trying to get some information straight.

James and carp...Thanks. I have really struggled to get information from Greene County. I have acreage in Perry and Whiteley Townships. I pulled up the PA Land Records site and it was terrific. I found that I was in a unit (Stattler 7) but have received nothing from EQT to date.  Do you know how to track the progress of a well as it comes to life?

Thanks for the help.

Jim

Here's another site I use. It's been around for a while. There's a discussion going on there under this same heading--Unitized in Greene--that has some good suggestions and information about how to do just what you're asking.

Is it possible for you to provide a direct link to the discussion?  I'm not having much luck searching for it.

That is an awesome link.  I did find the declarations for the wells that are producing and it looks like there are quite a few others that may (?) be coming up but still have not received any division orders.

Hey Carp--I just thought there was a certain procedure they were required to follow. I guess not. I'm going to keep digging. If I find out anything useful, I'll put it up here.
