I received an offer for an easement for the Utopia East (Kinder Morgan Cochin) Pipeline. According to the landman, a single 12" line is to be laid in the 50 foot wide permanent easement. The offer for the permanent easement is less than $10 per foot. My property is located next to Conotton Valley High School in Orange Township. Has anyone else received an offer?
