<p>I also have a collection of offers to buy the land and minerals rights. All of them are <strong>way below</strong> what I would consider a fair market price. Do they really think anyone is going to sell for pennies on the dollar? I guess someone must accept the offer or else they would not try this method.</p>
<p>I sometimes respond back to them stating that their offer is way out of line but most of the time I just shred it and put it on my paper recycle…</p>
