Here is a link to the Eichelberger Well Preliminary Completion Report, and the cuttings request from the Geological Survey (on pg. 5 & 17 of 2nd folder.) The Final Completion Report is to be filed 60 days after the competion of the fracking operations...by my count Devon is close to the 60 day period allowance.
 
In the preliminary completion report the Utica Shale is 305 ft. thick...from depths of 3427-3732...with no mention of the Point Pleasant.
 

This well has been plugged. The pad is being removed and the site is being restored.
