Speculation only, greater TGP capacity starting in Nov '12, and some of TGP capacity formerly locked by Cabot, freed up, reducing the discount to NYMEX.

Will have to compare previous months of CHK vs HHub spot.

Better anyway.

3.49 in Litchfield.

The deductions were also a lot lower. 34% last month, 26 % in Nov

stan- fwiw, deductions are generally a per MCF charge, thus as gas rises ,  etc.

I heard the Epler weli on 220 was paying 400 a acre per month

Wow! Close to there, but we realized about $90 an acre per month.  12.5 % royalty.  Can't wait to see the production for the last half 2012.    I think they should be updated 2/15, but will they?

400 with 3.50 would be dynamite. implies huge production.

that might be 20% no deductions ?

Well I'll confirm that CHK paid on $3.52 sale price for November, well is on Terry/Albany line.  Can't speak to Anadarko, Stat or Mitsui yet.

$3.59 and $3.60 in 2 of my units by CHK for November. Waiting for Anadarko, Stat and Mitsui. Did receive 1099 from Anadarko. Wyoming Co.

Anadrako SE Brad sampling of wells, paid on 3.45 to 3.53

At least inline w Chesapeake.

thx for the participation   --- helps feeling less alone!!

no idea why but have seen some NW Wyoming data and

oft seems to earn a permium over SE Bradford.

It can even depend on what feeder line connection to the TGP you are on,

congrats. anything helps.

NW Wyoming leads PA in prod / well. It is generally deeper which means more pressure which implies more GIP (gas in place). That holds true going south, until you hit the trip point where thermal maturity rises so high, the in place material becomes CO2.

Ie the Carizzo Shields well, so disappointing to folks W mid Cnty and South. This is highly emotional, especially after such high successes in some areas, then to find one may just miss the gold.  Rough rough.

Melissa,

Do you have information on individual wells?   I am trying to help a relative.  Is there a problem with the Alberta Well in SE Bradford county?   It seems the production is much lower than neighboring wells.

SD- I have nothing specific on the Alberta.. I only get a few #s now and then. If you have math skills you can work the data backwards and come up with per well monthly output. Get neighbors to do the same and share. I did see 2 wells S of Alberta 3-4 miles, they were light vs the area average still good. ~ 180,000 mcf / month , or  5 Mmcf / day. Still nice.

There are a few extra light wells around, could be less than ideal bit steering that didn't enter at the ideal point or could be weaker geology. Hopefully it is the former, as the wells in the future will be good.

And any well could be subject to scare capacity in gathering, let alone interstate.

Sorry I do not no more.

There have been significant arguments re unit size, I WANT to be in a big UNIT for diversity. I am informed there are two wells on the same site which started out equal, Aug 2011, but now the weaker is 2/3rds less than the stronger. If that were a North/ South unit split, half would be wounded, being a single unit, it is averaged.

Of course you all probably are SURE you would be in the GOOD unit. Ha.
