I am new to all this so please excuse "Beginners Questions". Like everyone I am interested to find how the progress in permits being issued is going. A recent TR newspaper article stated plans for the future is 12,000 new wells in a 10 county area including Carroll (ave says Carroll would get 1200). I am trying to be better informed because previously I signed a lease on land in Marshall Co., WV for $300 per acre and am now "kicking myself" Any/all info you can provide would be appreciated. - Denver
