It has come to my attention that CNX will not renew any more leases or sign any new leases in Wayne Twp. EQT has been making offers of $1000 per acre paid each year or delay rental lease. There is a new energy company called AMCO in the area offering $3000 an acre (Paid up) and up to $3500 an acre. The number for AMCO if interested in talking to them is 724.209.8487 or appalachianmc.com

Now for EQT to go in and screw landowners by offering them a delay rent lease is crooked. Delay rental leases are not good in any way for the landowner for the fact that if they drill before the 5 years of the lease, you. the landowner will not get paid the rest of the delay rental payments.

Make sure you ask around or call neighbors or family members before EQT takes this from you for nothing.
Magnum #1tag:gomarcellusshale.com,2019-07-21:2274639:Topic:8056652019-07-21T11:39:06.955Zjoe longhttps://gomarcellusshale.com/profile/williamfblackjr

Very specific question: anyone else here in the Magnum #1 unit in Center Township? Production is supposed to be under way. EQT has sent the forms to fill out verifying my address. Has anyone received a payout yet?

Good morning, I own some acreage in Greene County along the Perry and Whitely township lines. Drilling has been slow in this area. I no longer live in PA but will be back later this month and was hoping that there might be a "local expert" who I could meet with to understand this area a little better. Would appreciate any guidance.

We inherited 22 acres in Gilmore Township, Greene County. The family owns 80. So we own about 25 percent. We were contacted by a gas company wanting to purchase it for $5,000 a acre. A laywer told us we could get royalaties 25 percent royalaties from the 88 acres. Is it worth selling or leasing any suggestions?

Has anyone noticed how busy it is in Greene County. Aleppo and Richill township specifically?? A lot of truck traffic and pipeline activity. Also, several new wells being drilled this spring and summer. This activity would be with Rice, possibly EQT by end of year. It's been quite a while since anything has been posted for Greene.

Royalty deductions by EQTtag:gomarcellusshale.com,2015-12-16:2274639:Topic:7095642015-12-16T16:55:37.070Zjoe longhttps://gomarcellusshale.com/profile/williamfblackjr

I just got my newest statement and royalty check from EQT to include 12 new wells in Morris County. They are now deducting over "31%" from the Royalty. Standard in the industry and in the past wells I have, was 1/8th or 12.5% I havent had any response from EQT about the HUGH increase in deductions yet . Anyone else under EQT have a similarly high deduction ? ? ? ?

Our family owns 202 acres of mineral rights in Gilmore Township. We do not live in the area. We are being HBP In a very old lease that is now with EQT( there is no production). We have received several offers to buy the mineral rights. Just recently the offer was $4250/acre. Seems low after reading other posts in the forums. Is there any recent activity in this area? We are just close to the Rice well. Any thoughts as to what a price per acre should be at this time? Or if you think there are…

As I understood this if your not on the affidavits as EQT decided another words does our share go up if we lose one of the aunt's or uncles pass away. If they can't does our percent Interest go up. Is there a limit on how many generations can try and add them Zelda.
