Does anyone have any information on Trailway Resources LLC? office is at Walnut Creek OH

Put a mailer out a few weeks ago advertising to lease ground in Guernsey county.

I called those guys and its the same as everyone else, as soon as they find out that you are HBP or just signed a lease all they want to pay is $1500 an acre. I'm interested in selling, but not giving it away! Let me know if you get any better offers!

Did trail way offer to buy your minerals or lease them. I'm in western guernsey and am looking to sell a portion of my minerals
