Joe...the Maine Well isn`t shown yet in the production reporting section under the DEP website.   Has anyone heard about results from local contacts?  When will additional wells be drilled on the same pad?

You can follow production results for all wells at the DEP site but take in to consideration that all laterals and lengths may not be fully exploited due to price in gas and pipeline availability.  It will display results for other wells located in that area if not the Main Well.

Has Geokinetics completed seismic work around Big Run & Punxy area?   Any news about future drilling activity?    Any news how the new Maine well near Big Run is producing?   Was Consol CNX happy with the results?

Geokinetics trucks & equipment were sighted around Punxy area recently.  Any news about Marcellus Shale Gas drilling plans?

Is the Marcellus Shale Natural Gas produced in Jefferson County considered to be "dry or wet gas"?   What portions of the county favor either condition?

More seismic flag markers spotted along rte. 119 south of Punxy to Covode area, plus flags on roadway near Rochester Mills.   Any news of planned drilling activity?  Who has the contract with seismic company?  Consol, EQT or maybe Exco...  Any comments?

Looks like the SE Jefferson County area is seeing more well permits being issued plus increasing signs of seismic preparations.  It`s springtime and the little pink & orange flags are blooming along side the highways!   EQT & Consol CNX have 25-30 or more well permits issued for the Reynoldsville & Big Run areas.  Well pads with up to 6 to 9 well permits...sounds like promising locations, huh!   Today, I followed pink flags along rte. 119 south of Punxy thru Frostburg to near rte. 536.   Another stretch of pink flags from Big Run thru Foxburg across rte. 36 to Johnsonburg and beyond.  Consol CNX is active in this area.  Anyone have news on future drilling activity in this area.  Appears Consol CNX is positioning wells to be near existing Dominion Transmission pipelines.

So what`s happening in this area??

yesterday SENECA RESOURCES today EXCO tomorrow EOG. they all want to be by that court house. The more contenders we have in jefferson county the more we can sit back and watch our royalty and bonus numbers keep going higher and higher.

Bonus numbers?  Anything 'good'?  Obviously, Exco now has the HBP Hanley and Bird property, probably including some leases in the State Game Lands.??   Sounds like this company will be a contender in Jefferson.  What about Clarion County?

No pipelines yet.  Vertical and horizontals drilled and then capped and awaiting the pipeline.  No time line other than what you have read in the news.  Suppose to be done within 24 months.
