The Mercer Co group organized by Cx-Energy and M & P Law is now over 16,000acres and growing. We are already talking to three companies before we even sent out bid packages. Now is the time to get in on the action. Email me at landownerslease@hotmail.com if you want to lease your property with a landowner-friendly lease.

Another meeting is scheduled for Thursday evening, March 15th, at 6:30 at the Stoneboro Fire Hall. Come on out and say Hi!

I hear ya Jim. I just hate having two leases in two townships HilCorp has since left. (Fairview and Deleware) I talked to Western Land Services main office in Michigan, and was assured if a lease was signed, they will pay. I'm going to trust the at their word.

Lance, all depends on the parcel.  Some people that signed the first week of Sept were paid by the end of Nov.  Others took until Jan.  Just have to wait it out.

I wasn't at the March meeting but I am glad to hear of a great turnout. I was at the meeting two weeks earlier and it was packed then. I hope there is an offer of $3250 per very soon!

Does HilCorp seem to take the full 90 banking days to pay the bonus?

Thanks, Jim. Does anyone else want to comment?

Kathie; since no one answered, I will tell that the place was packed full with about 300 people. About 2/3 said this was their first meeting. A lot joined the group but I have no idea how many.  Just saw a stack of forms afterwards.

They said that they expect this group to move very quickly as they had a lot of interest at the NAPE expo in Houston last week.

Keep in mind I work with the group so try to ask others that were there for a less biased opinion.

Did anyone attend the March 1st meeting in Stoneboro? If so, what was your impression?
