<p>If what I hear is true, the records dept. has been busy again in Barbour. I don't know which area/areas they may be looking at so if you have taken a break from the learning process, you may want to brush up just in case. And don't forget to keep on top of the FORCED POOLING issue !!! Don't let them steal your minerals and take away your RIGHT TO A FAIR LEASE !!!!</p>

<p>I received an offer last July for the second time. I still refused it because any expenses of checking title etc was born by the seller. I was afraid with no limit they might sock it hard to me. Maybe their expenses of trips from Texas. The offer was local from a Texas group. Has others out there has offers?. They were willing to go 50 thou. on signing and $150.00 per acre after search etc.</p>
