Will they drill horizontal into the trenton/black river at some point? Devon went vertical below the Utica at the Eichelberger well to see what was there I'm told.

Then if Marcus is correct the new buyer will quit paying these delayed rentals to save money I would assume.

Since the original term is 10 years does that make these 20 year leases? Lawyers are telling us our 5 year leases are ultimately 10 year leases if Devon keeps making delay rental payments. Why would they want to hold on to it and pay on it for 20 years if thats the case?

I was told a local company has been contracted to install pipeline to the Buss Rd well. I assume it is for the gas but I don't have those details.

I think you guys and girls are giving landsman way to much credit . I don't believe many landsman are geologists. I think most are unemployed salesman ,about a two years ago in canton ohio there was a class teaching people how become landsman .

well, we both are wrong! its 60 days. but the records can be kept confidential for a year. ORC 1509.10(A).
