I think they are interested in more. Contact them and ask, so I don't get accused of shilling for the man <wink> Shane Allison/Adapt-Energy. http://adapt-energy.com/

Donna, yes, Adapt Energy, Shane Allison paid most of us. Some with mortgages or messy mineral rights are still pending. That is not the case with me. I have the entire signing bonus.

Has anyone heard of any upcoming meeting in the Noble Co. area? It is nearing Spring and I'm sure all of us are hoping that there will be some action or movement sometime soon.  What are you hearing out there?

Triad Hunter just closed a deal to purchase existing leases in Noble County with an option to buy more once title issues are cleared up.

Note that these leases were HPB  it would be interesting to see how those leases were acquired at such a low price.

Is traid leasing with groups or indivduals at this time or just buying from other companies?
Comment by Bob Shaw on February 11, 2012 at 4:34pm

They are payable never. They expire 30 days after date of issue. A bank draft is not a check. If the paying party, in this case Adapt Energy, agrees that the terms of the lease have been met, specifically that I hold clear title, they may fund the draft. If they don't then I have my land back, if they do then it is under the terms of the lease I signed with ILG. If I don't exercise the draft, I also have my land back. Those are the terms that Lorenzo Cola stated on his first call to me, and given that any buyer would require a clear title prior to payment, seem completely business-like. I also suspect that if Adapt Energy is not able to consummate the deal with the larger land owners in my group, they may not be interested in funding the smaller land owners if they can't create a production unit. Any number of factors could sour the deal during this period of discovery.

Bank drafts? When are they payable?

Comment by Bob Shaw on February 9, 2012 at 3:15pm

This is exactly as was represented by Lorenzo Cola, and confirmed by Sean Allison Pres. of Adapt Energy. Mr Allison asked me to make it known that he is interested in any remaining unleased land in the area. His contact is shane@adapt-energy.com, 2633 McKinney Ave, Ste. 130, PO Box 421, Dallas, Texas 75204
