I have a guy form Red Rock Energy that wants to lease my land. He is offering a pretty good bonus . This is on land between Damascus and Salem. Anybody heard of them?
Ive never heard of them, is there that much unleased in Knox twp or butler twp for another driller? The last offers I received from EAP was $4,000 bonus per acre lease and 18% I know my neighbors got offered $4,000 and 20% from a different landman though EAP, but I never could hit 20% after 9 months of back and forth, I had more acreage. Ive got a few letters recently of trying to join a landgroup, but by the time I net out. its the same as the other offers. Williams pipeline had bought land over in butler township somewhere around McCann and Winona for a compression station, but that seemed northeast of the current drilling. Williams had also listed a pipeline as listed as new franklin that was surveyed out before the Kitzmiller well was drilled that ran from knox school, mountz, lowmiller across 172 towards Whiteleather grain, it was never installed, so you truley dont know what there plans are.
