I live in Penn Twp and am negotiating with Dorso/Apex and Huntley&Huntley.
All things being equal which company would you choose.

    Huntley and Huntley. Dorso is just a middle man for apex and they don't have a great reputation. We have an offer from dorso at the moment and it's pretty crappy. Bonus and royalties pretty good but very bad terms and won't agree to any of our clauses which are pretty standard for a lease contract. We aren't asking for anything ridiculous

      I think Huntley and Huntley is securing leases to flip or sell to Range Resources at a later date. Last year in washington township, H and H was offering $2250/15% for 10 year leases.
