Ridenour well status ?

Has there been a pipeline finished for this unit on the sullivan county /bradford county border? It has been shutin for a while , but I havent seen any permits for a pipeline to it .

    The pipeline runs from the Joeguswa unit to the Ridenour. The Ridenour NE was fracked a few weeks ago.
