Is anyone currently buying gas rights in Venango County / Irwin Twp. Looking to see what kind of offer I could get for my land. Any info would be appreciated!

      Unfortunately I am not aware of anyone buying or leasing gas right in Venango currently.  If you find out some different please post the info as I have 10 acres in Irwin Twp and my neighbors have around 100 acres.  Thanks
