Going price for leasing in Tyler now?

Does anyone know the current average price per net acre being paid for leasing Oil and Gas in Tyler County?

    Dwight,

    I have no idea on the average prices for leasing at this time. However, some numbers I have heard lately have been running between 3,250 to 5,500. Also, one factor in these leases is that the royalty owner may restrict the company to the Marcellus layer only.  I wish that I had more information to share.  Good luck
