Mineral royalties dropping
I have inherited mineral rights a monthly check is being deposited. The check just keeps dropping in half month by month.
Thing is how do I see what the well is producing . I don’t get any kind of statements just a check.
I would like to be able to see numbers and what’s being produced.
Any info would be appreciated please and thanks up front.

With that said newer wells have very steep decline rates and commodity prices can be volatile so even if production is only slightly decreasing checks can drop
Who is the operator? What are the well names? I can probably provide some deeper insight if you let me know.
