Any Potential or Known Developments in Trumbull County
Trumbull County has been a ghost town for years now after BP pulled out. Has anyone heard of any new developments? I have received over 20 unsolicited offers to purchase my vacant land in the last 6 months. When I called no one would provide any details outside of "it fit what they were looking for..." I questioned any Natural Gas ties, but none would confirm that possibility.

I have been receiving multiple offers for vacant land also. None of it is listed for sale. I haven't followed up on any of them, as I was concerned about scams, but they have been steadily increasing in value offered. Rock, do you feel that the people that you spoke to were legitimate? I know that there's no way of knowing for sure, but what was your general feeling. I also wondered about mineral rights being the focus. Massive amounts of energy will be needed for these Data centers that are being planned and built. I am also center of county, but a little SE.

I was talking to another friend about land offers that appeared out of the blue, and he said that he had received a text that was interesting. It mentions Oil and Gas specifically. I won't post the actual picture of the text that he sent me, as his name is in it. Here is the wording of the text ---------------- Thursday May 21 - 2:58 PM Texting with (214) 571-7037 (SMS/MMS) ------------------
"Hi (name)., Community Minerals here. We're actively engaging with mineral owners in Trumbull County, OH to see if they may be open to a no-obligation purchase offer. Oil and gas prices have been volatile and this might be a great opportunity to get an offer before prices go down. Would you be open to answering a couple of quick questions so we can provide you with a free evaluation."
I found the company website, and I'm not saying that it is legit, but it seems legit.------ https://www.communityminerals.com ------ These guys are out of Texas, and they buy mineral rights, so they must be nosing around for a reason. Personally, I wouldn't sell any rights just yet. Wait and watch, who knows? Does anyone have any thoughts?
